“Everything went well, installing the Retractable Unit, provided you have the correct install tools. 1 minor set back, is the keep safe hole for the padlock should be made to suit larger padlocks as most smaller padlocks don't suit the diameter of the swivel pole on which the padlock hole is located. The retraction spring is a little heavy to unwind the hose, which I believe, older seniors might have trouble with. The colour - Charcoal, suits our decor much better than plain white. I believe this is a nice unit.”
