“Not very good, the plastic moulding charcoal cover was not moulded correctly with a piece missing and the hose did not wind up correctly, it jammed in the middle as mechanism did not move from side to side as it should, hence it all jammed up in middle. Making it useless.”
Hi Robert, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Sorry to hear you had issues with your Hose Reel not retracting correctly initially. All our Hose Reels are tested before leaving our supplier therefore, we can only assume this has happened during transit. “Love the charcoal colour. Great feature is being allowed to alter the pressure (with my old hose I used to bend the hose) also not having to hold a trigger to have it watering which is great if you want to leave it to soak a particular tree etc”
“This one doesn't have a stop indicator on the hose to alert you that it has reached its extension limit. Previous Hoselink reels I have owned did. Adding it back would be good.
Product is fine - though I wanted the longer one which has been out of stock for quite a while.”
