“Admittedly I bought my first hose reel from a large hardware chain , terrible product , hose kinked every time and the thing that annoyed me the most was the retraction . I saw Hoselink's add on TV and was really impressed so I thought I'd give them a try . As soon as I installed the product the first thing I tested was the retraction mechanism , excellent !
