“There should be better information on what is included in the product! I bought a new reel and hose with fittings. I took it for granted that the section of hose from the tap to the reel would be included as who would buy a reel etc wbithout that bit?. I wanted new everything! I wish to purchase the lead up hose and fittings but because of poor product information I think Hoselink should pay for the installer to come back to install it! I am very disappointed.”

Our Hose Reels do include a leader hose (the short hose from the tap to the reel) so it may have been an error in packing as you were definitely supposed to receive one. “I have had a 30m hoselink hose in the backyard for 5 years, when my front hose needed replacing, I looked at other options but I could not trust any other hose so I have put the 30m hose into the front yard and have put the new 20m hose into the back yard. The hoses themselves are awesome and I have not had any problems with any of the fittings and extras.”
