“Mostly product is good, quality appears great. Instructions easy to follow, installation no problems. Operation is good, except that as you draw out more hose it can be a little stiff to run out. This occurs probably about 15m or so, making it a little difficult to pull out. Prior to this it comes out no issues.”

“This is our second Hoselink retractable hose reel and well never go back to the cheap hardware store ones again! We got our first Hoselink reel about 5 years ago for our backyard and its still going as strong as when we first bought it. When our generic front hose and reel started breaking and not retracting properly, we had no hesitation in getting another one. It looks great, is easy to use and we love the versatile attachments that come with it. Cant recommend highly enough!”

“Easy to use. Very aesthetically pleasing. More premium product. You pay for the better product and service. The customer support is on par with Apple customer support. The hose reel I first received had a boot imprint on it. They immediately sent me a new one even before I received the return label for the current item. I then had an issue where the installer said I couldn’t use a bracket and that I needed perhaps a ground mount. I called customer support and they sent me the additional ground bracket at no extra charge and sent out the installer again at no extra charge. I was very happy with the customer support I received via the chat line and over the phone. They have my full trust no and I am purchasing additional products from their range. Trust me the gardening products are best in class.”
