“I have had one for three months now and am very impressed. The return spring is very powerful and I return the hose right back up to the hilt every time. I have seen other brands that progressively wind up less and less as the springs weaken. Not so with the Hoselink. Of course the fittings including the spray head are the best I have seen. “ok! so the hose is great, the reel is great, and the fittings are sublime. i paid for quality and i was not disappointed. i would recommend hoselink without qualification as being the best and most easily managed hose, reel and fitting system available. why is it not perfect? i would like to see a flow adjuster valve fitted just below the pistol grip sprayer for easy pressure adjustment to cater for delicate seedlings and larger plants alike. i suggested this to hoselink and apparently they are releasing a product providing this feature in the new year? also, the flouro tape marker indicating maximum extraction of hose from reel peeled off on my hose in a month. like i say; almost perfect!”
“The first hose reel you sent me leaked from inside the spool. On being advised of the problem, you immediately sent me a replacement unit which is perfect and does not leak. I am impressed by your service to me as a customer but a little disappointed that your quality control allowed a faulty unit to be sent to a customer. Thus, your final rating would be five star if I had received that unit in the first place. However, as the first unit was faulty, I feel that I can only give you overall 4 stars.”
