I ordered a recoil hose just before Christmas and it was sent promptly but through deception someone else claimed it from the Post Office. Australia Post have instigated an investigation but in the meantime suggested I contact Hoselink and let you know of my predicament. I rang and spoke to Sue who could not have been more helpful and she arranged for a replacement to be sent promptly. This gesture compels me to let others know that your company is worthy of support.
