“Hi, let me start with the positives! the hose and attachements are fantastic and I am planning a new hose in the near future. However the automatic rewind only rewinds to a certain point then stops. I have spent to much time trying to fix it now I just let the hose hang. Not very good!for the price. I have rung you and was advised how to recalibrate the reel but that did not work either and I am too lazy to send it back to you.”

“Love this hose! I was sick of kinks in hoses and fittings that burst off. The fitting to the wall , (which is brick) however, was not strong enough to withstand the constant retraction of the hose, so we had to strengthen it. We just attached a metal crossbar to the top of the mounting block and have had no further problems. I have recommended this hose to all my neighbours.”
“We aren't too young anymore but we managed to drill the holes in the brickwork and get the unit attached to the wall , using the template, & assemble the hose without any fuss. The second time I used the hose, I had difficulty getting it unwound and noticed that the hose was diagonally in the box. I phone the helpline and a very pleasant young woman told we to just give it a hard yank. This solved the problem. We were very pleased with the customer service.”
“I am delighted to say that I could not be happier with this product.It is of a superior quality.(moreso than anticipated) & is a pleasure to use. The fittings on the hose are sturdier and seem to give better pressure. We also purchased a hose spray and that is more effective than the cheaper models available.”
