I ordered a recoil hose just before Christmas and it was sent promptly but through deception someone else claimed it from the Post Office. Australia Post have instigated an investigation but in the meantime suggested I contact Hoselink and let you know of my predicament. “Hi, let me start with the positives! the hose and attachements are fantastic and I am planning a new hose in the near future. However the automatic rewind only rewinds to a certain point then stops. I have spent to much time trying to fix it now I just let the hose hang. Not very good!for the price. I have rung you and was advised how to recalibrate the reel but that did not work either and I am too lazy to send it back to you.”

“Love this hose! I was sick of kinks in hoses and fittings that burst off. The fitting to the wall , (which is brick) however, was not strong enough to withstand the constant retraction of the hose, so we had to strengthen it. We just attached a metal crossbar to the top of the mounting block and have had no further problems. I have recommended this hose to all my neighbours.”
