“I have been most impressed with the service that we have received from Hoselink. I ordered a recoil hose just before Christmas and it was sent promptly but through deception someone else claimed it from the Post Office. Australia Post have instigated an investigation but in the meantime suggested I contact Hoselink and let you know of my predicament. I rang and spoke to Sue who could not have been more helpful and she arranged for a replacement to be sent promptly. This gesture compels me to let others know that your company is worthy of support. “the beauty of once you get it on the wall. It just works, no awkward how do I wind this up or getting soaked adjusting the nozzle. It just happens when you want it to. No fighting or timing the rewind pull, just do it and it's done. I've even found myself offering to use it. My wife is still confused about that.”

“Hi, let me start with the positives! the hose and attachements are fantastic and I am planning a new hose in the near future. However the automatic rewind only rewinds to a certain point then stops. I have spent to much time trying to fix it now I just let the hose hang. Not very good!for the price. I have rung you and was advised how to recalibrate the reel but that did not work either and I am too lazy to send it back to you.”
