“We are delighted to have purchased the 20M AutoRewind Hose Reel. It is a lot easier to manipulate than the standard hose reels and it is a whole lot tidier than having hoses all over the garden. The fittings on the hose are sturdier and seem to give better pressure. We also purchased a hose spray and that is more effective than the cheaper models available.”
“I am delighted to say that I could not be happier with this product.It is of a superior quality.(moreso than anticipated) & is a pleasure to use. “We aren't too young anymore but we managed to drill the holes in the brickwork and get the unit attached to the wall , using the template, & assemble the hose without any fuss. The second time I used the hose, I had difficulty getting it unwound and noticed that the hose was diagonally in the box. I phone the helpline and a very pleasant young woman told we to just give it a hard yank. This solved the problem. We were very pleased with the customer service.”
“Very happy with the product so far. Was easy to order, delivery was prompt and was easy to install and is easy to use, making our garden watering a much easier task than previously. Only small disappointment is that if I'd realised earlier that Hoselink use a different 'click-lock' joining and accessory attaching system than that which is more commonly used, I would have ordered a few extra accessories and joiners at the same time.”
“I bought this for my husband's Xmas present (not) as I have to water the garden when he is away on business. He just put up with the mess and tangle of the old hoses. During his last trip, the nozzle burst off, I tripped on the tangle on the way back to the tap and then I could not fix it, neighbour got it attached but 5 mins into use and it burst gain! So, after a fit of frustration I ordered this product. Pros: impressed my husband who is very pleased with his 'gift' - we are both happy, I just love it! Cons: 20M doesn't quite make it right around the garden, I should have chosen the 30M. Husband says 30M would have been better!”
