“I have been battling with my old hose for quite some time so I decided to purchase a Hoselink which I had seen advertised on tv for some years. I must admit that it is convenient and tidy to have it wall mounted and being retractable is great as well. I did have some problems initially with it rewinding properly by itself. Sometimes I still have to assist with the last few metres of hose when retracting it. I guess I did expect it to retract each time by itself. I also do occassionally get a couple of kinks in it which can stop the water flow,I did not expect this to happen. Overall it is a good hose.”
