“Love this product. No more tangles -- no more fights with the hose to get it to sit right when you want to put it away -- no more kinks - and no more hose bursting out of the connections. The hose is wound on a ratchet and you simply pull it out to use and then release the ratchet to let it slide back into the hose housing.
