“This is my third. I purchased it to replace one that had failed in the centre, and gushed water out of the reel. I was told was fixable but sometimes the fix did not work. Disappointed that it failed (out of warranty) however I like the product, and was initially satisfied with the 20% discount offered to me. Unfortunately I was then disappointed to notice the next day, that you already had 15% off hoses, so all I was really given was 5%. Maybe should have thrown in a cover as well in those circumstances.”
