I called Hoselink customer service, and they generously sent me the correct cover for the 30m reel at no extra charge—I only paid for the postage. The customer service staff were very understanding!

“Very easy to install. My only recommendation is for you to include at least one 'snap-on' adapter as EVERY other garden hose I have is snap-on Pope or similar.Now I may have to buy two more hose reels;to have interchangeable options . Great marketing I guess!”
“The product is good but after ordering two different sizes 20m & 25m and receiving 2 the same size covers (20m) I was left with nothing to put on my newly ordered larger retractable hose reel.
Luckily, I had an old 20m hose reel and used the wrongly sent size to cover that one. I'm a bit worried to order a new one as I might be sent a wrong size again.”
