“The lever action flow control adaptors are engineered backwards. Every other product is engineered so that moving toe lever forward allows water to flow, and to stop, the lever is pulled backwards. With your product, the process is reversed, which causes constant confusion when using your product. This is manifested in many ways, whether trying to turn the hose on/off, using a lawn sprinkler and when pulling the hose towards one, the lever is moved by contact with the ground and into the off position - turning the hose off, which defeats the purpose requiring going to the tap turning the tap off, moving to the sprinkler and turning the Flow Controller on my fulling back the lever and revisiting the tap to turn it back on - bloody frustration. The lever should be engineered thus - push lever for one, and pull lever back for off - same as other manufacturers.”
“Purchased these to replace my current Hose Link covers purchased a few years ago. The original one's had deteriorated by the weather. Perhaps they could be made of thicker material.”
