“I havent used it yet. I require a pole which I bought. I notice you had instructions on how to attach the reel to the wall but not what to do with the pole. The sales assistant mentioned the amount of concrete I need but I have forgotten. She also mentioned depth, again I have forgotten. So, please include instructions for the pole.”
