“The first hose reel cover I received faded within days to a rose colour. In typical Hoselink great customer service, they resent another cover at no additional cost but that also is starting to fade! Everything Hoselink makes is normally high quality but not the hose reel cover, unfortunately.”

“Appears toBe a well built product and customer service is responsive.I bought the 30m hose.As this was a more expensive product and had great reviews, I did not expect it to falter at times ( but regularly enough to be a nuisance) it to fail to click and hold when extending it, nor to retract fully.I don’t believe it is anything I am doing wrong as I have used many different hose brands in my seven decades.I am careful to line the hose up and support it gently through my palm so any detritus is removed so as not to clog the reel internally.”
“Unable to pull the hose out..After a week of trying to pull the hose out enough to water the garden I have given up and gone back to using my old hose. I now have a very expensive wall ornament. Would not recommend for any one over 50”
