“Well I am a bit disappointed I ordered 2 classic 30m retractable hose reel firstly one was 30m, the other one I ordered was 25m. Not very happy with that considering it was a Christmas gift. The one I bought for my husband leaks so I have to return the item which is a bit of a hassle, I'm sure if I got what I asked and paid for I would be happy with them. Thanks”

We have investigated further, and can see the original 2 purchases made, include 1x 30m Reel, and 1x 25m Hi-Flow Reel. It does not appear there was a mixup.
We do have a 30-Day Return policy, so if you would like to return the 25m one purchased, please give us a call at 1300 900 617.

“I'm loving having the Hoselink Classic Hose. Watering was such a task, and I hadn't even realised it was because of all the effort of having to reel in the hose myself! This is great because you just grab it and go. And then you just give it a little pull and walk it back! Awesome! Mine is still only a few weeks old, so I can't comment on longevity yet. The only less than great thing is that it is quite heavy to pull out, particularly for an elderly person, as I bought my mama one too. But I still highly recommend it.”

“I have two of these hoses now, the first i brought almost 2 years ago and still works perfectly.
This one, which was more expensive won't retract.
I wouldn't buy another sadly.”
