“I want to like this hose reel and at times I do, but most of the time I don't. Firstly the reel extension and retraction seems completely reversed. It is very difficult to extend to the point where I feel I could rip it out of the wall, and the retraction is so fast I need to be very careful not to drop the head as it would drag very quickly along my pebblecrete driveway. You'd think that every user would prefer it easy to extend, and a slow retract, just a stupid design. The pressure on the hose head and the sprinkler is pretty weak for such sturdy looking attachments. The 7 function spray gun seems like it should blast away dirt and debris easily, but it barely moves anything. Its the definition of all style no substance, which is why I am generously giving it 2 stars, because it looks good.”
