“I love your hose reels but am disappointed you can’t replace old hoses in the reel and have to buy a whole new unit. I also personally much prefer the old heavier duty metal trigger guns you had over the newer plastic guns that come with the hose reel. Overall love the hose reels though. This is my 5 th as the hoses in my original two perished after having for probably 10 to 5 years!”
