“We have had our 30 mt retractable reel replaced twice so far. The first time due to a leak and the second due to a reiteration problem.On another reel we had the spray gun fail. We had had 3 houses fitted out with Hoselink reels and generally had no issues. Certainly the new spray guns are a much cheaper option and don't perform well. The retractable reels apparently have not changed but they certainly feel lighter weight and get stuck regularly.Overall happy with the product and certainly the customer service and support has been excellent - no questions asked and faulty items replaced straight away.Lets hope the fascination with cost cutting does not reduce the quality further - most people would be happy to pay more for an item that was sure to work.”

“Thanks Hoselink for this great product. We received and installed our Hose Reel about 3.5 weeks ago and it's an absolute pleasure using it. The free gifts offered at that time were also a bonus - thankyou.We had been using a '5-star' 'kink-free' hose for the last 4 years, however it has always kinked!!This is our first retracting hose - purchasing Hoselink based on our research and the positive reviews, and it performs exceptionally well. No kinks and the hose retraction is excellent.Installation was easy (we installed on a brick wall). A screws and wall plugs kit is provided however, due to the weight of the 30m hose-reel, I decided to use M8 Dynabolts to secure the wall mount (I tend to exceed requirements). A suggestion: It would be good if the lower recessed holes on the wall mount were the same diameter as the top recessed holes. This would enable easy use of a standard socket spanner.”
