“The hose does not retract very well at all when only extended a short way (up to 8 feet for example). Very frustrating.. This seems to be the case for one of the two hoses we bought. I have answered your other question about whether or not I would recommend the product, with a Yes,........... but with reservations. Prior to this purchase, I would absolutely recommend the product, but after this purchase I am less likely to be as positive.”
“Overall experience was fine. Thank you. We bought another 30m hose several years ago and it has a trigger nozzle viz the new one which has a twist nozzle.
