“The hose does not retract very well at all when only extended a short way (up to 8 feet for example). Very frustrating.. This seems to be the case for one of the two hoses we bought. I have answered your other question about whether or not I would recommend the product, with a Yes,........... but with reservations. Prior to this purchase, I would absolutely recommend the product, but after this purchase I am less likely to be as positive.”
“Overall experience was fine. Thank you. We bought another 30m hose several years ago and it has a trigger nozzle viz the new one which has a twist nozzle. I prefer the trigger one as there is a stronger water flow and reach. I think I’ll swap them over. Other than that, everything is good. And thank you for the four gifts. Cheers, Marcia Pakes.”
