“Have used this product several times works well, right length of hose etc.But the connection from the hose reel to tap constantly leaks, more like flows. Have tied to tighten without result. How can I fix it.”

“Great Product. The only criticism I have is in regards to the fixing screws for the wall bracket. The heads of the screws are soft and have a tendency to round off while doing them up. I replaced these with Hexagon Head Tec Screws which did a much better job.”
