“I love this product. It’s the second 30m reel at our house. I love the original one, but I LOVE the new one more. I was very very sceptical about the new plastic spray gun, but IMO it’s actually better. I find it easier to hold, easier to use and more importantly, I feel the flow/water volume is better for some reason (photo attached of original vs new).I love the colour too”
“Installed the new hoselink, very weak pressure it went less then half then my previous hose from bunnings that costed $29.Absolutely disappointing, do not buy if you want loose more then half of your pressure!”
Hi Abdul, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with the water pressure with your Charcoal Hose Reel. If you are comparing this to a standard garden hose you had previously then there will be a difference as the water doesn't come straight through the hose, there are multiple water flow direction changes within the unit. If you are using the hose reel on water tanks or have exceptionally low water pressure then we would recommend our Hi-Flow Hose Reel as this has a slightly larger diametre hose and allows more water to flow through at one time. We will be bringing out a Hi-Flow Charcoal Hose Reel within the next few months therefore, if this is the model you would like please contact our customer care team and we will have a look into the options available for you. “When it arrived I first cut open carton with Stanley knife.Cutting down the middle of carton cut through the installation & temp plate cut out..Onen installed the hose didn’t want to come out smooth from reel or return very well...My neighbour has had his for Ten years so I asked him if this seem right he agreed it had issues to I contacted Hoselink ...Paige said they have had problems with some so she sent me a replacement it arrived in 2-3 days ...The replacement was working great ... I was asked to send the problem 1 back...Hoselink paid for returned item...”
“Bought this for work business. Have purchased a couple for self and family but the charcoal is much better suited for business . It suits building colour so doesn’t stand out . Nice blend. Neat and safe with retractable hose. Keeps everything tidy. Plus no matter how clean you try with a business, someone always has dirty hands , so the darker colour is well suited.”
