“So far unfortunately a little underwhelmed. The retractable mechanism is sporadic having to pull back and forth for several minutes before it retracts fully. Instructions for installation were first class but hoping the system works correctly soon.”

“This product is the best on the market. The quality is great and I’m so happy it came out in the new charcoal colour. The only thing I would change would be to make the hold for the padlock larger so that a shrouded padlock could be used to better resist bolt cutter attacks from would-be thieves.”
