“This is my third hoselink reel purchase, my first 30mt reel is by far the best it never gets caught or jammed. My second has been a nightmare it is the 20mt and it has always been difficult to retract fully, I am constantly having to realign and reset the reel. I have used my new one three times and it has already jammed twice! It would be nice to discuss my issues if you care to contact me.”
