“I paid the relatively high price for the hoselink hoping for quality. Connected the unit, turned on, and water pours out of the internals. No weekend chat available so all the garden plans I had for the weekend are now off. FAQ and troubleshooting only mention external elbow fittings. Should have gone to Bunnings and got a cheap one.”

“Yes very good thanks.For info, it's taken me some 15-20 years to wear out the previous 20m hose system.Also, I have a another Hoselink system (20m) which is about 12 years old and is still working okay. I like the hose connections on your system as they don't fail albeit with the typical wear and tear over the years, The 'o' ring sometimes goes missing if hose is disconnected while pressure is left on, also the ability to interchange and/or replace accessories easily is probably the best feature for me (also, the new charcoal colour looks the part at the side of my house. I've for the first time put a small padlock on it just case given its in an open accessible location to the public).Finally, your product is not a cheapie as compared to what's available at Bunnings for example, however, the Hoselink system is clearly much more robust to say the least!”
