“I bought this system at the end of Dec 2020 and received/installed early 2021.Everything wasnqorking perfectly, I was so happy that I could water my plants with such ease.About a year later I moved house and didn't get to re-install until around the middle of 2023.Fast forward to NYE 2023 and the unit is gushing water, disconnected right away.Was able to finally look at it yesterday and found that the return spring I guess you call it, it has completely rusted out and of course, not anle to retract, it's completely useless.The hose is unhappily hanging out of the unit, looks cheap and nasty in my yard now.Really disappointed with the quality since it wasn't even plumbed up for that long and in that short time, wasted away.”

“I paid the relatively high price for the hoselink hoping for quality. Connected the unit, turned on, and water pours out of the internals. No weekend chat available so all the garden plans I had for the weekend are now off. FAQ and troubleshooting only mention external elbow fittings. Should have gone to Bunnings and got a cheap one.”
