“I have two of these hoses now, the first i brought almost 2 years ago and still works perfectly.
This one, which was more expensive won't retract.
I wouldn't buy another sadly.”

“This is our second hose reel. We now have one in both our front & back yards. Really pleased these hose reels are lockable to guard against theft. Love the ease of use & the look. We also bought the cover for out backyard reel as it gets the most sun but wish I had also ordered a cover for the front yard reel as it looks so good. We've been using Hoselink connectors & wands for several years now.”
“The internal hose connections within the reel case were not fitted properly, leading to water gushing out of the reel case upon first use. This unit obviously missed the quality control check.”
