No problem with your product however after purchasing my hose online via my phone I had been charged & assumed transaction was complete but touching my phone added unwanted product on my order which wasn’t wanted. Yes you cancelled it & refunded my money but once transaction has been paid & completed this should not be happening. It caused me drama & in the confusion I did not get to enter your customer refund promo”
