“I purchased a 30metre hose reel prior to Christmas and it had very clearly not been assembled correctly as the casing was distorted and the hose would not retract. Fortunately I found this before I had tried to use the hose,I contacted hoselink and they replaced the faulty unit. But an inconvenient time for me as I was required to send the old unit back during the Christmas mail rush. I was dissapointed with the quality control as I wonder who assembled the unit did not realise it wasn't assembled correctly.”
