“I have bought 3 hose reels from hoselink. The 2nd one was not installed for about 2 years due to being busy. When I went to install it, the green gun had a soft plastic rollover on/off switch that would not move. I rang hoselink to have it (finally) replaced and had to argue to get it, but then hoselink wanted to charge me postage. It should have been referred to a Manager to allow it free.
It was very poor customer relations reaction.”

Thank you for leaving a review and asking this question. Our installations are done by another company who find local tradesman to your area who are able to do the installation. We have only had our installation service for about a year, so have limited the installation options for now, but plan to expand the installation options in the future. When I contacted your representative, sent me a replacement under your warranty.
So glad to be able to respond to your company. Very impressed!! So many manufactures would come up with excuses as why no further action would be carried out due to small print on their terms etc?
So am I happy? You bet I am! So as you can imagine recommending your products to all of my friends.
