“I recently purchased a 30m classic which regrettable had a problem with the joint on the outer casing. I emailed Hoselink and within three days they replied and offered me a replacement reel at no cost. Extremely pleased with their after sales service and friendly manner.

“I purchased my 30m retractable hose 3 years ago, unfortunately it sat in my garage for about 18mths until I managed to get someone to instal it for me. It has been a fantastic hose reel until recently when it stopped retracting. I phoned Hoselink customer service to enquire about the reel being repaired only to be told that the spring had most likely gone in the hose reel and this could not be fixed. Whilst I was disappointed I was advised that if i wished to pay the cost of delivery they would send me out a brand new hose reel. This is magificient customer service. Within a week and $20 later my brand new reel arrived as promised. Thank you very much...big thumbs up to your company”
