“After having two of your 30 meter hoses at a previous house for the past 10 years. Not one problem ever, such a big hose to successfully roll away. Problem free every time.
This made me purchase another three hoses from you again for my new home.. I requested the adaptive fittings as I do like to use my own Favourites hose fittings that Ive used for years. These were supplied with the order.

Hi Neil, thank you for your feedback. We are so glad to hear that your new hose reel is working well. We did use to have a beige bracket, around 10-12 years ago. This was built into our old model and would age and get dirtier than the black model we have today. We also wanted to keep the same bracket between all models, so black is the obvious choice.
