Sorry to hear this happened, Shane. I have looked into this and can see that your order left the warehouse as it should have, but then got delayed in transit. When you brought this to our attention on the 17 of April, we immediately sent out another hose reel free of charge and it arrived at the delivery address 5 days after on the 22nd of April.
