“I had purchased one of these hose reels and unfortunately formed two kinks in the hose.When I contacted your representative, sent me a replacement under your warranty.So glad to be able to respond to your company. Very impressed!! So many manufactures would come up with excuses as why no further action would be carried out due to small print on their terms etc?So am I happy? You bet I am!
