“From ordering , delivery time and final experience of using the hose it has exceeded expectation .Having fitted all my non hoselink hoses with your fittings over the years I decided to treat myself for Easter. The smooth as silk operation of the retractor, the beauty of the spray pattern dancing in the morning sun, I couldn’t be happier. I did think it came with a metal spray head , my fault as the spec does say the plastic option , but no , I couldn’t be happier with the product - so much so I have even ordered the adaptor set so I can run everything through my new hose. “Installation was easy to do. I installed it on a concrete block wall using th a plugs and bolts supplied. I drilled a 10mm hole for the plugs. 12mm hole specified in the installation instructions would have been too big.Easy to pull out and retract the hose. A quality product.”
“The hose works well once installed however the installation kit can be improved. To hold the amount of weight of a 30m retractable unit you need to have a more sturdy bolt to secure it place otherwise it'll just wear out fast from previous experience with our old unit. We had to purchase dynobolt to replace the small screws and plastic plugs supplied with the unit.”
