“A little surprised while installing of its weight n sturdiness. Although happy that it seemed ‘solid’ but worried of the ease of use. I personally do not mind but guess my wife would have some difficulty as although on the positive note that it is ‘heavy duty’ like, it does require some ‘effort’ to pull out.Anyway, just started using so hope it will last as not sure how it will perform in comparison to a ‘Gardenia’ which was my other choice.”
“Easy to install using the simple instructions included or online video.Extremely strong spring so bit of muscle work required to pull the hose all the way out. Not complaints there - shows it’s a good strong unit. Just be careful to keep the rewind under control!High quality hose. Speak gun easy to use with all the spray patterns you could want. Those with small hands would appreciate the top flip control for on/off. I prefer the previous trigger control but not a deal breaker. I had an older model at my previous house for years with no issues. Looking forward to same here. Rural area, large block, hence the 30m. I’m on tank water, water supplied by a strong pump. Highly recommend this retractable hose reel.”
