“There is nothing more Hoselink needs to do to assist their clients resolve their garden watering issues. I had a problem, I discussed with the help center and the lady that helped was so pleasant and helpful. Hoselink offered to replace my daughters damaged unit and it was delivered in 3 days.I have had my own system for over 17 years and other than normal wear and tear on fittings we are still using the same reel system, that and their service speaks volumes.Thanks again and we will certainly continue using Hoselink in the future.”
“After looking around at all the options, we consulted a neighbour who had retractable hose.They said that in the 10 plus years they had been only used two HoseLink Retractable Hose Reels. It was a bit dearer than some available but we decided to give it a go as it appears more robust then some available on the market, plus it had more good reviews while others didn't always have but a lot of bad reviews”
