“The hose reel had been damaged in transport and I noticed it as soon as I had taken it out of the box. I sent an email straight away with pics of damaged part and received a response very quickly. They were very apologetic and sent a new reel out the next day. Could not recommend them highly enough. It’s an awesome reel, can’t fault the product or the company.”

“Kink free hose reel, easy to pull out and wind back. Good water pressure when stretched fully, tap controls the flow of water precisely, no leaks from the sides of the tap head. Overall loving the hoselink reel.i We got it professionally installed from Hoselink, However, the wall bracket supplied with the 30m hosereel could not support the weight of the unit when pulled the hose from the housing for the first time. The bracket came off from the wall due to the weight of the unit. The installer was kind enough to insert additional plugs that he brought with him and secured the unit. I would recommend Hoselink to supply stronger wall bracket for heavy units.”
