“We bought 2 of the hose reels with all of the attachments based on the advertising, within 2 months both trigger attachments were broken and within 3 months one of the rewind reels didn’t work. We emailed them and let them know and they responded with how to maybe pull apart and fix when we emailed them back and said still doesn’t work we never heard back again. My advice don’t buy any”

“After a few weeks of use, I'm really loving the reel. It's easy to pull out and return, no clunking noise like the cheapy we had. It also seems to provide better pressure when I'm using gravity fed water (we use tank water on gravity for our gardens) even better when I turn the pump on. The fittings are awesome and very easy to use. I plan to get my elderly mum one of these. very happy with the purchase. Excellent quality product.”
