“The whole point of a retractable hose reel is that it retracts - strongly. The Hoselink does that. It is a quality unit that makes using the hose easy and hassle free. It isn’t cheap but I am very happy with the purchase as ‘you get what you pay for’. Given that there are so many click-on attachments available from the hardware store I was surprised/disappointed that no click on fittings came with the hose reel and had to be bought as an extra.”
