“Why have I waited for 3 years deciding whether I should or shouldn’t buy one. Finally ordered one. Arrived so quickly. Excited to use it, I set out straight away installing it.,only to find that it had a broken link from leader hose to reel. Here we go, thinking that it was going to take forever to resolve. Gee was I wrong. The great service, and speaking to someone that understands , organized a replacement ASAP. When all is done, I can now realize why so many people recommend Hoselink .The experience of ordering it, and the service that I got was excellent. Something that is very rare these days. The product is so easy to use with no chance of anything disconnecting.I have used several times the full length of hose, and retracting it back was so effortless.Won’t be waiting another 3 years for one on other side of house.
