“I love my new Retractable Hose. I’ve been wrestling with a 30mtr rouge hose for years, dragging it here and there, kinking all the time. Having the retractable reel is such a luxury. My only feedback comes with the installation instructions… there was a QR code that came with the screws so I followed it and it landed on a page that was blank. So I looked on the website for instructions and there was a video on how to install into brick, I followed the instructions but the video said use an 8mm drill bit but when it came to hammer in the plugs the first tap with the hammer snapped the top off of the plug, the plugs are flimsy and more importantly, 8mm was not the correct size . I had to go over the hole with a 10mm bit for a perfect fit. So that was a little annoying. And also, the hose doesn’t come with the universal tape attachment and I don’t feel like that was made clear on the website, so I had to jump back on the website, figure out the fitting I needed and then wait for that to arrive from my fancy hose experience to begin. To be clear, the product itself is fantastic. It was just the installation and need for additional parts that slowed me down. But I got there in the end and I am very happy.”

After years of reliable use, a retractable reel gave up, and four nozzle attachments each had similar weaknesses. “Hoselink are incredible. I had a hose reel which stopped working, would only reel in about a quarter of the extended hose. I called Hoselink and the very kind lady asked me a couple of questions and determined that the spring must have broken. She said she'll send a new one out to me immediately, they had my info from previous purchases and within a week we received the brand new hose reel as if it was a new purchase. I thought I would have to send the broken reel back for them to assess. Brilliant service.”
