“I have several hoselink hoses, and many accessories. You can buy similar made in China products at Bunnings and they will work well for about 30 seconds. Or you can pay more, and buy a hose link, and it will work well for years. However, the reason I will not buy anything else, is because of the after sales service. I found that one of my retractable hoses was not retracting. So I rang HL and we discussed it, and they decided that it was appropriate to simply send me a new one. This arrive the next day. When I went to replace the old with new, I realised that the old hose I had affectively enacted warranty on, was not the one I had purchased new through hose link, but rather one I had purchased off gumtree. I rang up HL and explained my error, offered to pay for the new hose, and to my surprise and delight they were happy for me to just keep the new one. They could see on the system that I was a good customer who had bought many products and I said in tern that I would give them this sort of review.I have two properties and about five hoses and I’m happy with them all.”
