“This is the second Hose reel I have bought. They are reliable and work well. Well made product. The only area of concern I have is that you still use Polystyrene packaging - This is the worse packaging material for the environment. PLEASE review this and use a more sustainable packaging material.”

“I love my reel! After a lot of fault-free use (3yrs) I experienced an issue with it retracting. I was pretty upset as I use it all the time and have loved it. One phone call to customer service and they immediately solved my problem in the most pain-free manner. A few days later I was once again enjoying my hose.The response to a negative issue was so good that it prompted this review, I can't recommend the company enough and I think it is a far better product than comparatively priced items in the big hardware stores (that I have also owned, but never will again!).
