“Well what can I say I was renting for 4 years and there was a 30m hose link reel out the back and soon as we bought our own home that’s what I bought. It’s the best retractable hose reel I’ve ever used. I should’ve bought the 25m high flow which I will probably buy in the not too distant future. “This is the 3rd replacement as the first 2 leaked badly and the 3rd one doesn’t retract fully so hose just hangs on the ground. I was originally just going to get a hose from Bunnings and cheaper one but a couple of people said this was the best one so I saved a bit more and got it and it has been the worse decision.”

“I am loving the hose which I have recently purchased. I was a little disappointed though that soon after using it the small black "grip" which is attached to the on/off lever has come off...making it a little more difficult to use with ease. It still works fine ...but the grip just made it that little bit easier. I didn't think it was worth returning the reel under warranty.”
