“Have had this hose for just under 18 months. I have loved it but had an issue with the retraction mechanism. Called up customer service on 28 December and got through almost immediately to an Australian customer service lady. She was super friendly and made the warranty process extremely straightforward. I’m not normally great at writing customer reviews but I was so impressed with the experience, I had to give a review. Would definitely recommend.”
“I love these hoses, I now have 2 30m hoses after several failed attempts at other brands. First time I heard about Hoselink I was hesitant, but after another cheaper retractable hose failing me I decided to give them a go. It was fantastic. The quality is better than anything I could find at the big stores. I now have two and will never change.”
