“I ordered 2 hose reels ( one 30mtr and one 20mtr ) but as of today 11th December only one has been delivered ( 30mtr ) and Australia Post doesn,t know where it is ( most probably lost by them or someone in Australia Post gave themselves a five fingered discount ) .The one that did arrive works really well and was a easy to install .The build quality is good and we like the fact that it came with a hand piece .Now if only there was another option for delivery such as a courier as this isn,t the first time Australia Post has lost , damaged or destroyed an item sent to us so consequently we avoid sending anything via Australia Post like the plague.I highly recommend the product , not the delivery system”
“Great. This is our 2nd Hoselink retractable hose. The other one is still performing well after being in use for many years. We feel the one big benefit is that the hose is protected from the very hot all-day sun, & therefore doesn’t deteriorate & go all sticky from sun damage.The nozzle & other attachments are a big improvement on the original ones. terrific product.”
