“For me this hose reel was a must have item.. after years of cheap hoses getting tangled, kinking, breaking in half during winter, it was definitely time to up grade,I should have bought one years ago....no more hose lying around the yard...no more kinks in my hose...the spray nossle is top class and doesn't leak...once you have finished with the hose you retract it and its put away what more could you want...it was so easy to install Its a top quality product and I would recommend it to everyone that has had hose problems like me. “Recently purchased the 30mtr hose & reel + extra accessories so we can reposition the reel from back to front yard. From the time you unpack it the quality of the product is evident, from the reel itself to the quality tap and nozzle fittings included. The retracting hose makes life easier when you are finished and ready to wind it up... The Installation was relatively simple and since we began using the hose and reel our only regret is that we didn't invest in this product sooner and get rid of the inferior hose systems around the house.. I would totally recommend this product to anyone that is considering purchasing a similar system don't fall in the trap of thinking that the cheaper brands will suffice because as i said this is superior quality to other imitations.. “The hose and reel are great as I can hose my whole house with the one hose. I love the auto rewind as there's no dealing with a tangled hose. The lock Is great as I don't need any pressure to hold the hose. The nozzle is great with all the different settings and a lock for continuous flow without having to hold it. The connections are great and haven't had them blow off like we used to with other connections. The whole system is neat, tidy and weather proof. The only negative for me is that the whole unit is quite heavy for me. If I was to get another bracket, Id probably struggle a bit carrying it to the extra bracket.”
