“This product is extremely robust and easy to use. We live on a large 1000SSqm block and so require a long hose. With our new 30m auto rewind hose reel watering is a breeze. We no longer have to fight with tangled hoses or risk tripping over them, the hose simply rewinds after use and stays put whilst in use. Thank you - this is an excellent product.”
“This is a good product, I have found though that the white markers on the connectors are already wearing off. I find the 30m very heavy, but I suppose that is expected with that amount of hose. Instructions also state to protect the unit from sun and cold, maybe a suggestion would be to provide a protective cover as well.”

“What a beautiful piece of equipment! - has taken all the hassle out of trying to wind up a hose (I hated that part the most). So easy, simple and fast. So we bought two of the 30metre hose reels - it's certainly taken the frustration out of hosing. The retraction mechanism is smooth, easy and feels solid and secure when it winds back up - perfectly and intact every time. The nozzle is also excellent quality - it has many great functions for watering. I had a cheaper alternative nozzle which leaked. This nozzle is perfect - again solid in the weight of the product (weight is just right). The actual hose rubber is excellent quality and I've noticed it doesn't get tied up and kink like my other hose used to. Not sure what it is, but the whole product feels like it's made to last and the quality is outstanding. Thoroughly recommend this.”

Easily mounted on fence and 30m length readily extracted and retracted to cover entire yard for selective hand watering. The purchase and delivery process was a seamless and worry-free experience. As an engineer I am impressed with the simple yet robust connector system-far superior to the more common push and click system. As I discard our old hoses I am now about to purchase some converter fittings to utilise existing garden watering apparatus”

“Worth every cent of the purchase price. I used to think auto rewind hose reals were just another rich boys toy and not really necessary for the average lawn owner. BUT after she (and unfortunately the neighbours) heard me complaining about constant kinks stopping the water flow, nozzles blowing off and covering me in water, and then the hassle of manually rewinding 25-30 metres of the darn thing, she suggested I purchase an auto rewind hose reel. (My yard is 150 ft long.) I immediately went onto the 'net and started reviewing options and before long came across the Hoselink sight. After reviewing the info listed on that site, as well as recalled details from recent TV commercials, it didn't take long to realise the best product out there was Hoselink, so I ordered the 30M Auto Rewind package ( which has everything included). I'm so impressed with the quality of the product, and the ease of rewinding, that I'm seriously thinking of getting another smaller one for the front yard. Apart from the above I found the Customer Service so helpful with clarifying details that I even commented to my wife, afterwards, that this was how a Sales Team should operate and it's a shame that most competitors can't even come close to the Hoselink standard of service. Worth Every Cent. If you like the best of things, then buy the best.....get an HOSELINK.”
