“A Colourcity Apartments ordered a Hose Link retractable 30 metre system at the Orange Field Days In October 2013. Within quick time the retractable reel arrived and was quickly installed. The first one had an internal leak but was replaced immediately and the original sent back all free of charge to A Colourcity Apartments. We will be ordering another 2 retractable hose systems in the near future for the apartment gardens. Hoselink is a fantastic product, with a great coupling system and the hose when extended keeps its integrity. We have no kinking problems. It is a joy to water the garden and it has been used extensively this hot dry summer of 2013 -2014. By the way we had a different product, but replaced it 3 times in a short space of time. It eventually went to the tip, hose, reel and all.”
